117.389 Testing of automatic tabulating equipment prior to election. On any day not more than thirty (30) nor less than five (5) days prior to the election day,
the county clerk shall have the automatic tabulating equipment tested in the manner
prescribed by the State Board of Elections. Effective: July 14, 1992
