Payments from Agent Orange funds not to be considered income indetermining eligibility.

208.012. Payments made from the Agent Orange SettlementFund or any other fund established pursuant to the settlement inthe In Re Agent Orange product liability litigation, M.D.L. No.381 (E.D.N.Y.) shall not be considered income or resources indetermining eligibility for or the amount of benefits under anystate or state-assisted program.
