Insufficient funds, benefits to be paid pro rata.

208.154. If the funds at the disposal or which may beobtained by the division of family services for the payment ofpublic assistance money payment benefits or to or on behalf ofany person for medical assistance benefits shall at any timebecome insufficient to pay the full amount thereof, the amount ofany type of payment to or on behalf of each of such persons shallbe reduced pro rata in proportion to such deficiency in the totalamount available or to become available for such purpose.
