Payments to be made only when federal grants-in-aid are provided.
208.158. Payments of medical assistance in federally aidedprograms shall be made only during such times as grants-in-aidare provided or made available to the state on the basis of thestate plan approved by the federal government for medicalassistance pursuant to provisions of the Federal Social SecurityAct, as amended.
