Missouri elderly and handicapped transportation assistance programcreated, purpose.

208.255. There is hereby created the "Missouri Elderly andHandicapped Transportation Assistance Program". The purpose ofthis program is to provide state financial assistance to defrayoperating costs incurred by corporations providing transportationservices to the elderly and handicapped at below cost rates aslong as matching federal funds or local or private funds, orboth, are available and received.
