Regulations must be provided to interested parties prior to filingwith secretary of state.

208.479. No regulations implementing sections 208.450* to208.475 may be filed with the secretary of state without firstbeing provided to interested parties registered on a list of suchparties to be maintained by the director of social services.Regulations must be provided to interested parties seventy-twohours prior to being filed with the secretary of state.
