Eligible children, income limits of parents or guardians.

208.633. The department of social services is authorized to pay forcoverage of health care services for uninsured children whose parents orguardians have an available income between zero percent and one hundredeighty-five percent, between one hundred eighty-six percent and two hundredtwenty-five percent, between two hundred twenty-six percent and two hundredfifty percent, between two hundred fifty-one percent and two hundredseventy-five percent and between two hundred seventy-six percent and threehundred percent of the federal poverty level, subject to appropriation.
