Abortion counseling prohibited, exceptions.

208.655. No funds used to pay for insurance or for services pursuantto sections 208.631 to 208.657 may be expended to encourage, counsel orrefer for abortion unless the abortion is done to save the life of themother or if the unborn child is the result of rape or incest. No fundsmay be paid pursuant to sections 208.631 to 208.657 to any person ororganization that performs abortions or counsels or refers for abortionunless the abortion is done to save the life of the mother or if the unbornchild is the result of rape or* incest.
