Employer list maintained for supplemental wage assistanceprograms--list available to public.

208.720. The department of social services shall maintain lists ofemployers used in supplemental wage assistance programs, direct placementprograms and community work experience programs. The lists shall includethe number of clients placed with such employers year to date. Reportingof employer lists and client placement with such employers from servicedelivery areas to the department shall be made quarterly. Such programemployer lists shall be made available to the public upon request.
