Authorized to cooperate with United States or any department.

265.040. The director is authorized to fix and promulgaterules for this state for any agricultural product or containerthe standard for such product or container which may have beenpromulgated or announced therefor under the authority of theCongress of the United States, and in carrying out the provisionsof this chapter the director is authorized to cooperate with theUnited States or any department thereof in accomplishing thematters and things provided for herein.
