Expenditure of moneys.

265.190. All moneys collected under sections 265.130 to265.210 shall be expended by the director of the department ofagriculture only as authorized in writing by the executive boardof the Missouri state horticultural society, as defined insection 262.020, RSMo, and shall be expended exclusively toadminister and enforce sections 265.130 to 265.220, and toeffectuate the purposes and objects thereof.
