Labels must be approved--appeal from director's determination.

265.400. 1. The use of any label upon or accompanying anylivestock, poultry, meat or meat products inspected undersections 265.300 to 265.470 shall be approved by the directorbefore being used, and if the director finds that any label isfalse or misleading, he may prohibit the use of the label unlessmodified.

2. Any person aggrieved by the director's determination mayappeal within thirty days after receipt of notice, as provided bychapter 536, RSMo.
