Federal or other approved inspection basis for exemption.

265.430. Any commercial plant at which livestock or poultryare slaughtered or meat or meat products are processed for humanconsumption shall be exempted by the director from the inspectionprovisions of sections 265.300 to 265.470 if he finds that it hasfederal inspection or other approved inspection.
