Contents of petition.

321.040. The petition shall set forth:

(1) The name of the proposed district consisting of a chosenname preceding the words "fire protection district";

(2) An estimate of the number of inhabitants and of theassessed valuation of the taxable tangible property of thedistrict, and of the yield from the intangible personal propertylocated in the district;

(3) The estimated cost of the proposed improvements;

(4) A general description of the boundaries of the districtor the territory to be included therein, with such certainty asto enable a property owner to determine whether or not hisproperty is within the district, and a plat of the proposeddistrict;

(5) Such other data and information as may be useful to thecourt in determining the necessity for the organization of thedistrict;

(6) A prayer for the organization of the district.
