Filing of copies of findings and decrees incorporating district.

321.150. Within thirty days after the final order of thecircuit court of the county in which the district has beendeclared a public corporation, the circuit clerk of that courtshall transmit to the county clerk and to the recorder of deedsin each county in which the district is located copies of thefindings and decrees of the court incorporating the district.The same shall be filed in the same manner as articles ofincorporation are required to be filed under the general lawsconcerning corporations, and each recorder and clerk shallreceive a fee of one dollar for filing and preserving the same.
