Percentage necessary to create indebtedness--subsequent submission.

321.380. In the event that it shall appear from thereturns that the constitutionally required percentage of thevoters of the district who shall have voted on any suchproposition submitted hereunder at such election voted in favorof such proposition, the district shall thereupon be authorizedto incur such indebtedness or obligations, enter into suchcontract or issue and sell such bonds of the district, as thecase may be, all for the purpose or purposes and object orobjects provided for in the proposition or propositionssubmitted hereunder and in the resolution therefor, and in theamount so provided and at a rate of interest not exceeding therate of interest recited in such resolution. Submission of theproposition of incurring such obligation or bonded or otherindebtedness at such an election shall not prevent or prohibitsubmission of the same or other propositions at a subsequentelection.
