Effect of dissolution--appointment of trustee.

321.410. The dissolution of a fire protection district shallnot invalidate or affect any right accruing to such firedistrict, or to any person, or invalidate or affect any contractor indebtedness entered into or imposed upon such fire protectiondistrict or person; and whenever the circuit court shall, underthe provisions of section 321.400, dissolve a fire protectiondistrict, the said court shall appoint some competent person toact as trustee for the fire protection district so dissolved andsuch trustee before entering upon the discharge of his dutiesshall take and subscribe an oath that he will faithfullydischarge the duties of his office, and shall give bond withsufficient security, to be approved by the court to the use ofsuch dissolved fire protection district, for the faithfuldischarge of his duties, and shall proceed to liquidate thedistrict under orders of the court, including the levying of anytaxes provided for in this chapter.
