Dissolution of district, funds distributed to city, when.

321.700. If a property tax has been approved and is being collectedfor the purpose of supporting a fire protection district and such fireprotection district is dissolved, such tax shall continue to be collectedand the proceeds of such tax shall be distributed to the governing body ofthe city formerly containing the dissolved fire protection district,provided that the boundaries of the fire protection district are the sameas the city and the tax is used only for providing fire protection serviceswithin such city.
