Laws governing recall election, costs, how paid.

321.716. The provisions of chapter 115, RSMo, governing the conductof elections shall apply, where appropriate, to recall elections held undersections 321.701 to 321.716. The costs of the election shall be paid asprovided in chapter 115, RSMo.
