583.525  Denial of inspection.  The Officer may withdraw or otherwise deny approval with respect to any establishment, for such period as the Officer deems necessary, to effectuate the purposes of NRS 583.255 to 583.555, inclusive, for any violation of NRS 583.255 to 583.555, inclusive, by the operator, or any one responsibly connected with the operator, of such establishment.
