604A.402  Commissioner required to investigate alleged violations of chapter.  If the Commissioner receives information from a registered agent pursuant to NRS 77.410 which indicates that a person may be violating the provisions of this chapter, the Commissioner shall investigate the person and take any appropriate action pursuant thereto.
