52:18A-115. Investment and reinvestment of assets of variable division; common stocks and convertible securities
The assets of the Variable Division shall be invested and reinvested principally in common stocks and securities which are convertible into common stocks. Such common stocks and securities shall be restricted to those listed on a securities exchange in the United States.
