52:18A-174.  Deferred compensation plan expanded
    Subject to the independent approval of the State Treasurer, the board may authorize the transfer of funds necessary to permit individuals employed at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Rutgers, The State University, and any other agency, authority, commission, or instrumentality of State government which has an independent corporate existence, to participate in the plan.
