52:18A-35 - Co-ordination of activities of department
52:18A-35. Co-ordination of activities of department The State Treasurer shall co-ordinate the activities of the department. He shall be the request officer of the department within the meaning of such term as defined in chapter one hundred twelve of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
