Permitted project, certain      11.  The renovation or rehabilitation of shelving in the State Library for the Blind and Handicapped is a project the purpose of which is included among those the New Jersey Building Authority may undertake pursuant to section 8 of P.L.1992, c.174 (C.52:18A-78.5a).
