§14‑113.4.  Avoiding or attempting to avoid payment for telecommunicationservices.

It shall be unlawful for anyperson to avoid or attempt to avoid, or to cause another to avoid, the lawfulcharges, in whole or in part, for any telephone or telegraph service or for thetransmission of a message, signal or other communication by telephone ortelegraph, or over telephone or telegraph facilities by the use of anyfraudulent scheme, device, means or method.
