§ 14‑159.12. Firstdegree trespass.
(a) Offense. A personcommits the offense of first degree trespass if, without authorization, heenters or remains:
(1) On premises ofanother so enclosed or secured as to demonstrate clearly an intent to keep outintruders; or
(2) In a building ofanother.
