§ 14‑208.19.  Communityand public notification.

The licensee for each licensedday care center and the principal of each elementary school, middle school, andhigh school shall register with the North Carolina Sex Offender and PublicProtection Registry to receive e‑mail notification when a registered sexoffender moves within a one‑mile radius of the licensed day care centeror school.  (2008‑117,s. 13.)
