§14‑211.  Perjury before legislative committees.

If any person shall willfullyand corruptly swear falsely to any fact material to the investigation of anymatter before any committee or commission of either house of the GeneralAssembly, he shall be subject to all the pains and penalties of willful andcorrupt perjury, and, on conviction in the Superior Court of Wake County, shallbe punished as a Class I felon.
