§14‑30.1.  Malicious throwing of corrosive acid or alkali.

If any person shall, of maliceaforethought, knowingly and willfully throw or cause to be thrown upon anotherperson any corrosive acid or alkali with intent to murder, maim or disfigureand inflicts serious injury not resulting in death, he shall be punished as aClass E felon.
