§ 14‑342.  Selling oroffering to sell meat of diseased animals.

If any person shall knowinglyand willfully slaughter any diseased animal and sell or offer for sale any ofthe meat of such diseased animal for human consumption, or if any person knowsthat the meat offered for sale or sold for human consumption by him is that ofa diseased animal, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
