§ 14‑370.  Wrongfullyobtaining or divulging knowledge of telephonic messages.

If any person wrongfullyobtains, or attempts to obtain, any knowledge of a telephonic message byconnivance with a clerk, operator, messenger or other employee of a telephonecompany, or, being such clerk, operator, messenger or employee, willfullydivulges to any but the person for whom it was intended, the contents of atelephonic message or dispatch intrusted to him for transmission or delivery,or the nature thereof, he shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
