§ 14-372. Unauthorized opening, reading or publishing of sealed letters and telegrams.

§14‑372.  Unauthorized opening, reading or publishing of sealed lettersand telegrams.

If any person shall willfully,and without authority, open or read, or cause to be opened or read, a sealedletter or telegram, or shall publish the whole or any portion of such letter ortelegram, knowing it to have been opened or read without authority, he shall beguilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
