§14‑395. Commercialization of American Legion emblem; wearing bynonmembers.
It shall be unlawful foranyone not a member of the American Legion, an organization consisting of ex‑membersof the army, navy and marine corps, who served as members of such organizationsin the recent world war, to wear upon his or her person the recognized emblemof the American Legion, or to use the said emblem for advertising purposes, orto commercialize the same in any way whatsoever; or to use the said emblem indisplay upon his or her property or place of business, or at any placewhatsoever.
