§14‑412.  Possession prima facie evidence of violation.

Possession of pyrotechnics byany person, for any purpose other than those permitted under this article,shall be prima facie evidence that such pyrotechnics are kept for the purposeof being manufactured, sold, bartered, exchanged, given away, received,furnished, otherwise disposed of, or used in violation of the provisions ofthis article. (1947, c. 210, s. 3.)
