§ 14‑421.  Exemptionsfrom provisions of Article.

This Article shall not applyto the possession, exhibition, or handling of reptiles by employees or agentsof duly constituted veterinarians, zoos, serpentariums, museums, laboratories,educational or scientific institutions, public and private, in the course oftheir educational or scientific work, or Wildlife Damage Control Agents in thecourse of the work for which they are approved by the Wildlife ResourcesCommission.  (1949,c. 1084, s. 6; 2009‑344, s. 1.)
