§ 14‑50.22.  Enhancedoffense for criminal gang activity.

A person age 15 or older whois convicted of a misdemeanor offense that is committed for the benefit of, atthe direction of, or in association with, any criminal street gang is guilty ofan offense that is one class higher than the offense committed. A Class A1misdemeanor shall be enhanced to a Class I felony under this section.  (2008‑214, s. 3.)
