§14‑73.1. Petty misdemeanors.
The offenses of larceny andthe receiving of stolen goods knowing the same to have been stolen, which aremade misdemeanors by Article 16, Subchapter V, Chapter 14 of the GeneralStatutes, as amended, are hereby declared to be petty misdemeanors. (1949,c. 145, s. 4; 1973, c. 108, s. 1.)
