§ 14‑78.  Larceny ofungathered crops.

If any person shall steal orfeloniously take and carry away any maize, corn, wheat, rice or other grain, orany cotton, tobacco, potatoes, peanuts, pulse, fruit, vegetable or otherproduct cultivated for food or market, growing, standing or remainingungathered in any field or ground, that person is guilty of a Class H felony.
