§ 14‑8.  Rebellionagainst the State.

If any person shall incite,set on foot, assist or engage in a rebellion or insurrection against theauthority of the State of North Carolina or the laws thereof, or shall give aidor comfort thereto, every person so offending in any of the ways aforesaidshall be guilty of a felony, and shall be punished as a Class F felon.
