§ 161‑20. Certificate of survey registered.

It shall be the duty of the register of deeds in each county, when anygrant is presented for registration with a certificate of survey attached, toregister such certificate of survey, together with all endorsements thereon,together with said grant, and a record of any certificate of survey so madeshall be read in evidence in any action or proceeding: Provided, the failure toregister such certificate of survey shall not invalidate the registration ofthe grant.
