§9‑7.  Removal of names of jurors who have served from jury list;retention.

As persons are summoned forjury service, the cards upon which their names appear shall be withdrawn fromthe jury list and filed separately. The date for which each juror serves shallbe noted on his card.

All cards removed from thejury list because of service, or having  been excused from service, or becauseof disqualification, shall be retained for reference in compiling the next jurylist. When the succeeding list has been prepared, the list of persons who haveserved shall be retained for a period of two years. (1967, c. 218, s. 1.)
