SECTION 27-6-12

   § 27-6-12  Effective date of inland marinerates. – Specific inland marine rates on risks specially rated by a rating organizationshall become effective when filed and shall be deemed to meet the requirementsof this chapter until such time as the commissioner reviews the filing and solong after this as the filing remains in effect.
