SECTION 27-6-15

   § 27-6-15  Compliance with rate filingsrequired. – No insurer shall make or issue a contract or policy at a rate or premium inexcess of filings that are in effect for that insurer as provided in thischapter or in accordance with § 27-6-13 or § 27-6-14. This sectionshall not apply to contracts or policies for inland marine risks as to whichfilings are not required.
