SECTION 27-6-31

   § 27-6-31  Rate information furnished toinsured. – Every rating organization and every insurer which makes its own rates shall,within a reasonable time after receiving written request for it and uponpayment of any reasonable charge it may make, furnish to any insured affectedby a rate made by it, or to the authorized representative of that insured, allpertinent information as to that rate.
