SECTION 27-6-33

   § 27-6-33  "Advisory organization" defined.– Every group, association, or other organization of insurers, whether locatedwithin or outside of this state, which assists insurers which make their ownfilings or rating organizations in rate making, by the collection andfurnishing of loss or expense statistics, or by the submission ofrecommendations, but which does not make filings under this chapter, shall beknown as an "advisory organization."
