SECTION 27-6-35

   § 27-6-35  Unlawful practices of advisoryorganizations. – If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that the furnishing of anyinformation or assistance by a rating organization involves any act or practicewhich is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of thischapter, the commissioner may issue a written order specifying in what respectsthat act or practice is unfair or unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent withthe provisions of this chapter, and requiring the discontinuance of that act orpractice.
