SECTION 27-6-38

   § 27-6-38  Unlawful practices of jointunderwriters or reinsurers. – If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that any activity or practice ofany group, association, or other organization of joint underwriters or insurersis unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter,the commissioner may issue a written order specifying in what respects thatactivity or practice is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with theprovisions of this chapter, and requiring the discontinuance of that activityor practice.
