   § 27-6-40  Reports on examinations –Hearing and filing. – The commissioner shall prepare a report of any examination held pursuant to§ 27-6-39 and shall, within a reasonable time following completion of thatreport, furnish each rating organization, group, association, or otherorganization examined with a copy of it. Any rating organization, advisoryorganization, group, association, or other organization may, within thirty (30)days after the receipt of a copy of the report, request the commissioner for ahearing on the report, which shall be held by the commissioner upon ten (10)days written notice to the rating organization, advisory organization, group,association, or other organization. Following that hearing the commissioner mayaffirm, modify, or withdraw the report. Any report or modification of thereport shall be filed in the office of the commissioner as a public record, orif no hearing is requested within the period of thirty (30) days, the reportshall be filed at the expiration of that period.
