SECTION 27-6-9

   § 27-6-9  Filings by rating organizations.– An insurer may satisfy its obligation to make the filings referred to in §27-6-8 by becoming a member of, or subscriber to, a licensed ratingorganization which makes those filings, and by authorizing the commissioner toaccept those filings on its behalf; provided, that nothing contained in thischapter shall be construed as requiring any insurer to become a member of or asubscriber to any rating organization.
